Meet the Goodchies
Our Strategy team

Samuel
Sam is a superstar talent from beautiful Switzerland, the land of cheese and chocolate. Nothing is impossible for Sam: He guides everyone in the right direction with his eye for detail and connects business with stakeholders like the Bodensee. Sam travels the world with passion and inspires people through Karaoke wherever he goes.Written by Akiho

Doro
Studio lead, UX expert, and one hell of a Mom, Doro has been coined the moral compass of the company – a term she dislikes. A champion of design-driven culture, she takes it with her wherever she goes, planting this open mindset amongst the team and sharing it with our clients. If you’ve been in a room with her for more than two minutes, chances are you’ll stay for an hour: conversation comes easy with someone so open and empathetic.Written by Maya

Marco
Over the years, Marco has gained tremendous knowledge through experiences coaching design thinking at the University of St. Gallen and living the life of a full-time traveler. When he’s not facilitating a Designathon or developing our strategy expertise, you can catch him riding sick waves near Amsterdam, where he currently resides.Written by Janos

Lena
Lena is a great storyteller - not only with words but also through her photography, which makes you realize the beauty of everyday details and objects. Her attention for detail, passion for design, and curiosity and drive to challenge existing concepts, all combine to make her a fabulous design strategist.Written by Eli

Elisabeth
Eli is a real, all-around talent. As if being a strategist, workshop facilitator, and communications, service, and UX designer weren't enough, Eli also knows how to make everyone laugh. On the weekends, you'll find Eli on the decks of Berlin's best clubs, blasting African Electronic Music until the crack of dawn.Written by Lena
Our Design team

Matthias
Matthias, the reliable and empathetic studio lead, is the embodiment of peace. Always up for a walk around the corner or a 1:1 check-in, Matthias has a solution for every problem. Matthias is our automotive expert, has a world-class collection of 5-Panel caps, and is the owner of two Instagram profiles dedicated to his greatest passion: Cars.Written by Marjan

Mayumi
From Japan to Canada, back to Japan, and finally to Germany, Mayumi’s background in sociology makes her a particularly well suited UX/UI designer. After eight years in advertising, she decided to move into the light and transition to a career solving problems with a human-centered approach—lucky us.Written by Doro

Marjan
Marjan is the go-to person when it comes to sustainable living, fashion, and well-being. She makes an impression wherever she goes and works, whether it's in Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Hamburg, or Berlin. Her hip-hop and RnB roots combine with her fascinating, reliable, and reflected character to make her a great team player and meme generator.Written by Matthias

Max
Max is one of the four great minds holding down our Munich Studio. A genuinely pragmatic Bavarian soul, he spends most of his time crafting beautiful and functional products. When he is in Berlin, you can find him in some of the hottest clubs dancing to techno or enjoying currywurst at EsS-Bahn.Written by Francesca

Lissy
After several years in the UK, Lissy and her dog Frida set out to the Goodpatch Munich Studio, where she now supports the boys with her dark humor and ability to carry 11 liters of beer. An ambitious and creative adrenaline junkie, Lissy is a BMX rider (world-famous for her bunnyhop) and has helped build up and shape the design scene in Munich.Written by Clarissa

Janos
Born and raised in Graz, Austria, Janos has studied physics, communications design and embodies a creative technologist: he tinkers with home automation appliances, and he passionately reflects over cast iron pans. When Janos is not designing delightful interfaces, he likes to travel, play music, and gaze at sunsets.Written by Marco

Felix
Born and raised in the North of Germany, Felix has dual passions: interaction design and football. With a soft spot for travel, he traverses Europe every year in the footsteps of his favorite football teams. Come summertime, you can find Felix musing over all things design and beyond at Zur Kirsche, the hottest spot on the Berlin-Biesdorf bar scene.Written by Aneliya

Diana
Have you always wondered what your users think about your product? Diana, the creator of Goodpatch's User Research Lab, will get you all the insights you need. A passionate designer who loves a good meme, Diana can turn any subject into a pleasant conversation.Written by Cristina

Cristina
Cristina treats every project like a real sports challenge. A yoga enthusiast, she brought classes into the office and preaches mindfulness & hygge vibes. Her motto: healthy body + healthy mind = happy life. Talk to her in German, French, English, or Portuguese.Written by Diana

Alexander
A family man and father of 2 girls, Alex is a born and bred Berliner. His outstanding sense of humor and passion for tech-driven, mobile-first, UX/UI design make him the perfect culture fit.Written by Clémence
Our Development team

Felix
When he's not hidden behind a screen, hacking away, Felix is in the kitchen, cooking his favorite Italian dishes. Felix is more on the quiet side, but as they say, still waters run deep: When he speaks up, it's with passion about technical prototyping and developing. Dat Goodchie got skillz!Written by Sandra

Benjamin
Everyone needs someone like Benni on the team. Smart and patient, when he's not building computers or creating new worlds in extended reality, he'll help you with your smallest IT problem. After founding and running his own interactive design studio, he came to Goodpatch where he could both use and expand upon his technical and leadership skills.Written by Maya
Our BACKOFFICE & Marketing team

Boris
From day one of his concurrent Master’s Degrees - Media Design in Japan and International Management in Switzerland - Boris was all in: 100% design and 100% business. Today, as the Managing Director of Goodpatch Europe, he lives at the intersection of these disciplines, uniting the studios into one big team of makers. Boris is also a passionate snowboarder who developed and sold a patented snowboard binding to Head snowboards with his colleague Marco. Boris envisions Goodpatch Europe as a design-driven company builder that will shape the future in a connected network.Written by Philine

Khanh
Khanh is a München native and can be very proud of his work, having built the Bavarian team from scratch. Equal parts business development champ, design recruiter, and HR master, Khanh manages the Munich team, which includes one very noble dog. In his free time, you'll find Khanh taking care of his family and shopping for new sneakers to add to his sneaker collection.Written by Eugen

Sandra
The heart of the office, Sandra is always taking care of the team. Sandra is a driving factor of the Goodpatch culture, from recruiting the best talent to organizing fabulous Christmas parties and teaching our non-German colleagues the subtle art of German humor. When she is not busy babysitting us Goodchies, she and her canine companion, Sookie, hit the road and share pictures of their many travels throughout the world.Written by Felix

Eugen
On Slack, Eugen's profile picture is Scrooge McDuck. This is no accident since he takes care of our treasures. Eugen loves excel files, crunching numbers, and if he's not counting our money in Berlin or on a long-distance phone call with Japan, you can find him in Hamburg taking care of his lovely family.Written by Khanh

Akiho
Our in-house translator, Akiho can explain anything: whether it's Japanese, billing information, or how to work the company sound system. Akiho moved from Tokyo to Berlin in 2018 and hasn't looked back. With an eye on everything that goes on in the office, she keeps our culture humming and leaves everyone with a smile on their face.Written by Samuel
